a third of parents are concerned about losing their jobs when they stay home to take care of sick children, according to a new study.
and 31-percent said they don't have enough paid leave to cover the days they need to take off when their kids are ill.
researchers say this leaves many parents in a bind to find back-up care ... which was a problem for about half of those surveyed.
