ATTICA, NY - An Attica man is facing numerous charges, including driving under the influence with a child in his vehicle.
Attica Police say they pulled Zachary Pope, 46, over for failing to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely.
Following a sobriety test, officers arrested Pope and charged him with: felony aggravated DWI, for having a child in the car; DWI; driving while ability impaired by drugs; consumption of alcohol in the vehicle; criminal impersonation; failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely.
Pope was arraigned in Attica Village court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000 bail. Pope is scheduled to appear in court on November 5, 2012.
